Our email marketing policy
We do occasionally send emails to your listed business email address to promote our business marketing services. All emails are sent accoring to the UK Committee of Advertising Practise (CAP) Code (2010) as shown below.
10.14 Explicit consent is not required when marketing business products by fax or by electronic mail to corporate subscribers, including to their named employees.
What personal data do we store?
We only store data which is necessary to send and personalise your emails. This includes the following:
Your email address / addresses
Your name
Your company website
How we obtained your bunsiness details
Whether or not you have opted out of receiving our emails
How do we store your data?
We store your data securily on a firewall protected computer on a password protected file. We will never sell or use your data for any purpose other than marketing our business marketing services.
How to opt out of future emails
If you would like to stop us sending you email at any time, just let us know and we'll surpress your email address. Alternatively reply to any of our emails with the subject 'No Thanks'. We'll need to keep your email on file to prevent future emails being sent to it.
