Terms and conditions

• Prices quoted are valid for three months from the date of the quotation.

• A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total project cost is required before work can commence.

• Hourly rates are charged at £20 per hour.

• JG Media Design reserves the right to charge hourly rates without notice, but will inform existing clients before proceeding with any work outside of any agreed quotation.

• Once the concept design has been approved, any further or major changes to either the design or functionality (including any additional pages not agreed upon in the original quote) may be charged at additional costs at the discretion of JG Media Design and added to the final invoice.

• JG Media cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

• Any additional time or costs incurred including searching for and purchasing images, setting-up email accounts and purchasing domains or work of similar nature may also be charged and added to the final invoice.

• Every site will have a discrete link to jgmediadesign.com

• Once the project has been completed, payment of the remaining amount must be made within 15 days of the final invoice date.

• In lines with UK government guidelines, interest of 8% will be charged on late payments, in addition a compensation payment may also be due.

• Any debt collection charges will be passed to the client in full.

• All electronic files, documents, written copy, web pages and graphics remain the property of Jonathan Gibson until final payment is received.

• All source files and code and templates designed by JG Media remain the copyright of JG Media and may only be reproduced or resold with the permission of JG Media.

• JG Media will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

• By accepting a quote and authorising work to commence you are also accepting the terms listed above.
